JUPITER, Florida – August 12, 2024 — Ascendiant Capital Markets LLC (“Ascendiant”) announced today the filing of an amendment to its At-the-Market (ATM) Offering for The Singing Machine Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: MICS) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, increasing the amount to $3,100,000.
