Ascendiant Capital Markets LLC Serves as Sole Sales Agent on $8,850,000 At-the-Market (ATM) Offering for Duos Technologies Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DUOT)

JUPITER, Florida – April 21, 2025 — Ascendiant Capital Markets LLC (“Ascendiant”) announced today the filing of a $8,850,000 At-the-Market (ATM) Offering for Duos Technologies Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DUOT) of Jacksonville, Florida. Combined with the $7,500,000 previously sold, the filing represents an upsizing of the ATM to $16,350,000.
