JUPITER, Florida – August 22, 2023 — Ascendiant Capital Markets LLC (“Ascendiant”) announced today the filing of a $10,000,000 At-the-Market (ATM) Offering for Society Pass Incorporated (Nasdaq: SOPA) with a US headquarters location in Carson City, Nevada, and operations in Southeast Asia.
